What we do...

My name is Nick and I have been a personal trainer in Solihull for 15 years. In that time I have trained people you have not met and not heard of, as well as athletes in the top league of their profession – I train all types and shapes.

I am genuinely interested in my career and read around the subject of personal training, nutrition and other supporting subjects constantly.

The equipment you use is the equipment I use and is the best on the market at the moment. (Our Watt Bike is the same model used by the GB Olympic cycling team).

Long Term Maintenance

I will work with you on your nutrition intake, especially on training days, so you can train more effectively and learn how to look after your diet better.

My qualifications are very extensive and of the highest level, just like my experience is vast and worldwide. My ActiveLife coaching qualification is one of only a handful in the UK, where I traveled to New York to work with some of the best coaches and Doctors on the planet, So if you are serious about your health then maybe I can help you.

Nick became my trainer 18 months ago. He has transformed my approach to fitness and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He makes a huge investment in each client's well-being and thoughtfully applies his exceptional subject knowledge before and during each personalised session. His training style and incredible private gym facilities are world class. Before meeting Nick I measured success in the gym by how much I sweated. I trained hours a week focussing on my weight. With Nick's help I've learnt to concentrate on my core strength and have become aware of the importance of things like good posture and being nutritionally prepared to get the most out of my sessions. Now I dedicate just one hour a week to exercise with Nick, between the needs of a young family, and have never been in better overall shape. Nick's sessions have completely exceeded my expectations.
